      Nuts for sure! Great workout tho! It was incredible how much brain and focus u need to get these bamboo bar kettlebell lifts.Weightlifting class was great!

    Tough wod. an honor to get through this rx’d. Generally with hero wods, they’re so gnarly heavy I like to go rx’d for at least the first round.
    Tried to keep run splits below 2:00
    Splits were: 1:32; 1:45; 1:58; 2:07; 2:12; 2:09; 2:16

    Planned on doing the wod today but ran a 5K this morning and it was so hot! Couldn’t get to running again, bummer! Did ok on 5k tho! Hung with the front of the pack and the police car for the first mile! It was awesome holding a fast pace.

    I participated in the clean workshop. Being one who’s often a bit slow on the uptake with things that involve coordination and muscle memory, the focused practice of the workshops helps a lot. I can still power clean more than I can properly squat clean, but with Dennis’s coaching I closed the gap a little.
