But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth. Acts 1:8

Congratulations to Aaron for finishing 10th overall this morning in the McKay Hollow 25k trail race. Way to go brother!

  3. AP says:

    Thanks Ryan!
Goal going in was 2:30 and a top 15. Finished 10th overall in 2:26:17.
Fun, tough and muddy race, just how a trail race should be! Legs are trashed and were trashed going in thanks to 12.6. Taking ice bath now to hopefully recover to get after 12.6 tomorrow!
Good luck to everyone getting after it today!

Second that congrats to Aaron! The Madness course is a serious, no-joke trail race, attracting some of the toughest runners in the region. Finishing 10th is a darn fine showing. If you factor that likely no one in the top 20 of the race could do a 100# thruster, or a few pullups, Aaron really takes the cake.
