Workout:

CrossFit Games Open 12.2

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of: 75 pound Snatch, 30 reps 135 pound Snatch, 30 reps 165 pound Snatch, 30 reps 210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

    My mother in law called last night to let us know she’s visiting today and will be here at 9am. What time is the $ make up session on Sunday?

    Jamie, Murphy’s Law: the rare occasion my daughter sleeps till 8 on the weekend, I’m up at 4:50….thinking about 75# snatches and how much it sucks I’ll have to wait another day to see if I can figure out a way to get a score higher than 30 on this dang WOD.

    Great job to EVERYONE who went after WOD12.2 today and good luck to those of you who are doing it tomorrow.
    I wanted to apoligize for my F-BOMB moment. I was so close to getting that 100# and could not finish it. ANNOYED!!!!

    Thank you to Jake for helping me PR to 100# on my power snatch during this a.m. practice. For that I am grateful.

    Thank you to Mandee for all your encouragement. I am amazed by you. To be your size and knock out 10 of those at 100#. GOOD HIPS FRIEND!
