Rest 2 minute/rotate

Tabata WallBall Sit-Ups (unanchored)   20/14/10lbs

Tabata Hip Extensions

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals or 4min.

*This is 28 minutes worth of Tabata training and 12min rest for a total of 40min.

1200m run, rest 3 minutes

4 x 50m sprint, 50m recovery walk between efforts

4 x 200m sprint, 200m recovery walk between efforts

4 x 400m sprint, 200m recovery walk between efforts
