    Front yards are meant for beat downs and Kaylynn is putting a whoop’n on that yard and WOD. Lookin agile and strong Kaylynn. The Coopers are holding it down and staying with the fit life. Glad to see yalls WOD zone and thanks for sharing. Way to keep after it Kaylynn and Coop too I’m sure!

    Go coach go coach ayyyyy that’s my coach!!! I call the coopers coach and assistant coach. Assistant coach has been killing it too…..except he doesn’t stretch with us. It’s okay we are working on it. Not only are they killing it but their kids are too shoutout to Isabella and Sawyer.

    Look at momma Coop out there killing it in the front yard. You’ve been making big strides in your fitness and I’m proud of you and so are all the mini Coopers. Keep it up. Also, do tell Nathaniel or Mandee but stretching is bad for you. 🤫

    Kaylynn throwing down and putting in work, and I’d expect nothing less! The Coopers are a fit family who are dedicated to a healthy lifestyle. Not only have they been sticking with it at home, they’ve helped fellow athletes be able to keep working out too! Way to get after it, Kaylynn! Keep it up! 😁

    Seeing pics of everyone doing wods in their yards is so cool!

    Strength: 5 sets each cleans/hang cleans, 5 reps @85lbs across

    WOD: got through the 3rd run @15:00 scaled to running for the row/bike, strict pull-ups for the ctb, and 65lbs for the cleans/hang cleans

    Kaylynn! I see your set up scattered around and it looks like you’ve got plenty of equipment to throw down anywhere and anytime! I have no doubt that you and Daniel are tag teaming those WODs and staying strong! Great pictures of a great athlete!
