5 burpee chest to bar pull-ups   RX+ 5 burpee muscle-ups (bar or ring)

1200m run

5 burpee chest to bar pull-ups   RX+ 5 burpee muscle-ups (bar or ring)

800m run

5 burpee chest to bar pull-ups   RX+ 5 burpee muscle-ups (bar or ring)

600m run

5 burpee chest to bar pull-ups   RX+ 5 burpee muscle-ups (bar or ring)

400m run

5 burpee chest to bar pull-ups   RX+ 5 burpee muscle-ups (bar or ring)

200m run

5 burpee chest to bar pull-ups   RX+ 5 burpee muscle-ups (bar or ring)

“FINISHER”

Exactly 2 minutes after completion of WOD, one set max reps pull-ups

    The Huntsville Sprint Triathlon is this morning. They will more than likely have the southbound lane of Leeman Ferry closed – it’s part of the bike course. Just a heads up!
