WOD:

“Metabolic Meltdowns” by DB

5 minute AMRAP of:

Buy In: 500m row, then

10 thrusters 95/65   RX+ 135/95  (55 and over 75/55)

10 box jumps 20″  RX+ 24″  (55 and over 18″)

rest 3 minutes

5 minute AMRAP of:

Buy In: 400m run, then

10 power clean 95/65   RX+ 135/95  (55 and over 75/55)

10 over the bar burpees

rest 3 minutes

5 minute AMRAP of:

Buy In: 400m run, then

10 thrusters 95/65   RX+ 135/95  (55 and over 75/55)

    Thanks everyone. Headed back from Crested Butte. Lots of great mountain biking. For all those who ride, the 401 trail, Teocali trail, and Hartman’s Rock were the highlights. Thought about going to Crossfit Crested Butte (Synergy Athlete) but rode instead. Can’t wait to get back into the gym. See yall soon.
