A. 15 minutes training on muscle-ups or double push-up burpee pull-ups

B. Complete the following for time of:

30 OHS 95/65 (age 55 and over 75/55)

7 muscle ups or 7 double push-up burpee pull-ups

20 OHS 95/65 (age 55 and over 75/55)

5 muscle ups or 5 double push-up burpee pull-ups

10 OHS 95/65 (age 55 and over 75/55)

3 muscle ups or 3 double push-up burpee pull-ups

 

CFHSV Running & Endurance ROWING WOD:

A. 3 x 5000m with rate changes every 1000m: 22-24-26-28-26 / 2 minutes easy

meet at CFHSV at 8am
