A. EMOM x 5 minutes: 3 squat clean thrusters

rest 2minutes, adjust weights

EMOM x 5 minutes: 2 squat clean & jerks

B. 11 minute AMRAP of:

Buy In: 800m run

8 thrusters 95/65   RX+ 115/80 (55 and over 75/55)

7 burpees

6 HSPU  (55 and over 4″ rise)

Goal is to go hard, but maintain consistent times.
For Time: Run 200m, Row 250m, Run 200m
Rest 2min

For Time: Run 400m, Row 500m, Run 400m
