A. In 15 minutes, build up to a 1RM power snatch

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

30 double unders

15 power snatch

Power Snatch weights are as follows:

Men and Masters Men 45-49, 50-54: 75lbs

Women and Masters Women 45-49, 50-54: 55lbs

Master Men 55-59, 60+: 65lbs

Masters Women 55-59, 60+: 45lbs

    Fun as hell! Perfect trail conditions this morning. I was holding down 2nd place until about mile 6, then chase pack caught me. Held off the 4th place guy but the 2nd place dude had put a good 50 yard cushion on me and I couldn’t chase him down in time.
