600m run

6 cleans 145/100  RX+ 175/120   (55 and over 100/65)

6 toes to bar

6 shoulder to overhead 145/100  RX+ 175/120 (55 and over 100/65)

6 pull-ups   RX+ C2B


CFHSV Running & Endurance WOD:

EMOM x 5 Minutes run 100m, rest 2 minutes

E3MOM x 6 Minutes run 400m, rest 2 minutes

E6MOM x 12 Minutes run 800m, rest 2 minutes

EMOM x 5 Minutes run 100, rest 2 minutes

400m Farmers Carry with kettle bells

    Sep27Angelos Good resources, tnakhs! I also need to keep the XStrech video from P90X in my DVD player and use that a couple times a week. It’s long but so thorough.
