-10 Front Squats

-200m Run
-10 Pistols, each leg (20 total)   (MRX 20 Goblet Squats 24/16kg)

    You know the Little’s definitely know how to in-tandem show up and show out!!

    Listened to the body today and did some recovery efforts.
