A. OHS: 6 – 4 – 2 – 1/2 – max reps  E2:30MOM

In 10 minutes, build up to a heavy squat snatch, work on and warm up muscle-ups and chest to bar pull-ups

B. Masters Qualifier Event #2 2014:


9 – 7 – 5 reps for time of:

muscle-ups  (55 and over chest to bar pull-ups)

squat snatch 135/95  (50-59 years 115/65, 60+ years 95/55)


CFHSV Running & Endurance WOD:

Run 600m
–Walk 200m
Run 600m
 –Walk 200m
Run 600m
 –Walk 200m
Run 600m
Rest 3:00 from the time you finish
Run 1600m (1 Mile) for time


GOOD LUCK to our CrossFit Huntsville TEAM of athletes competing at The Big NASTI Weightlifting Competition today! The competition is in Decatur at CrossFit Protocol, and should get started around 845am and last about 2-3 hours.
