WOD:

A. In 10 minutes, build up to a 1RM Power Snatch

B. 13 minute AMRAP of:

3 muscle-ups

3 power snatch 135/95

3 strict HSPU

30 double unders

 

CFHSV Running & Endurance WOD:

Decreasing Distance on the Minute Run Training
Perform 2 800m runs every 6 minutes on the minute
then
Perform 4 400m runs every 4 minutes on the minute
then
Perform 6 200m runs every 2 minutes on the minute
then
Perform 8 100m runs EMOM
meet at CFHSV at 8am

REMINDER: Rope Climbing Workshop TODAY at 11am. Counts as a regular visit for Silver and Gold Members, $15 for Bronze. Bring long socks and/or long pants!

      My pleasure and what an awesome group of R&E athletes. Man you all are fast and strong. We put a whipping on those dirty CFers 🙂
      However, I must confess I joined a great group of them at 10am and battled during the WOD.
      BBOLC you all rocked as well. Great strength and technique work, way to push. SSHHH 1st rule

    Thanks everyone. So that’s what my squat face looks like. Gross. The WOD that followed was my crowning achievement in my 3 years at CFHSV.
