*RX+ must wear a 20lb weighted vest for the entire workout*

**Athletes may partition the Pull-Ups, Push-Ups, and Air Squats as desired**



In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.

This workout was one of Mike’s favorites and he’d named it “Body Armor”. From here on it will be referred to as “Murph” in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.

    I am not going to lie, I had planned on doing MURPH early tomorrow am since I coached all the classes today at CFJ. However, after watching all the athletes work so hard today in the heat and humidity and Mandee and Nate telling me how awesome and many people at CFHSV got after it for MURPH. All of you got inside my veins and blood and motivated me to do it today. Not a PR by far but worked real hard for MURPH!

    46:40 RX, no vest, at Crossfit Augusta (Ft. Gordan) with Hunter Leo. Hunter had a time of 38:23 with the vest.
