10 Field Goal Kicks (T2B)

2 minute HALF TIME (set up bar for second half)

3rd Quarter: 4 min AMRAP:

200m Kick Off Touchdown RUN (buy-in)

Then,

10 HANG Tackle CLEANS  95/65  (50+  75/55)

7 Linebacker THRUSTERS

2 minute TIME OUT

4th Quarter: 4 min AMRAP:

17 Shotgun Center Hikes (KBS)  24/16kg  (50+ 20/12kg)

13 Wide Receiver JUMPS  24/20″  (50+ 20″ STEP-UPS)

2 minute OVERTIME BREAK

Overtime: 4 min AMRAP:

10 Body Slam Blitzes (GROUND TO OVERHEAD)  95/65  (50+ 75/55)

6 Over the Goal Line BURPEES (over the bar)
