Came in 3pm with CFKids, did Grace outside. First time performed Rx’ed, 10:30. Took it 3 reps at a time for 10 rounds. Rest 5min then 10x200m intervals in the parking lot (44-46sec).
3:27-rx’ed. PR by 30 seconds from last October at Barbells for Boobs.
