95 pound power-snatch, 15 reps
50 foot bear crawl
post number of rounds completed to comments.
Benchmarks Class Workout-
Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.
(70% of Body weight will count as Rx’ed for our women.. so let’s see some scores on that leaderboard!)
