Warm up:
SpendĀ 3 minutes on the following: 5 strict ring rows, 15 second plank hold.
Skill work:
Spend 10 minutes practicing skills and drills on the chest to bar pull-up.
Workout:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
15 Chest to bar pull-ups
30 second Ring L-sit hold

    Everyone on Friday and today came to get some work done! It
    motivates the heck out of me to work with each and every athlete at CFHSV. PRs all over the place on Cindy, first kipping pullups, and pure intensity on keeping the L-sits strong today. Solid work everyone!

    Just wanted to say great job to all of you guys that competed at regionals. Russell did amazing as expected. Dennis held his own very well. Klowe finished with a strong 17th. And Jake killed it as always. I think most of all I look forward to seeing what Jake will accomplish with another year of preparation and hard training under his belt. You got the tools to make it to the big show, brother…and be a top contender when you get there.
