Filthy Fifty! Ran 5mi of trails with my Reserve unit early afternoon, then pulled 26:05 today, burpees took for-ev-er! Good crowd and good energy.

first day back from arm injury, so I scaled KTE to 15 (arm started to feel weird) and 25 WB’s, 50’s on everything else.
