WOD:
“CrossFit Total”
10 minute warm up
15 minutes 3 attempts at the Squat
15 minutes 3 attempts at the Press
15 minutes 3 attempts at the Deadlift
The order for performing the 3 lifts will be squat, press, and then deadlift. The best single attempt for each of the three lifts are added together for the CrossFit Total.

I did Saturday’s WOD at home. I replaced the WBS with goblet squats into an overhead press. It took me 35 long minutes.
Squat-225
Press-120
Deadlift-300
Total=645 PR
Did my press stick?!?!? I can’t tell you awesome that felt today!!!! Thanks!! And your baby had a PR also! I left feeling awesome- thinking “oh, yeah, I can do tomorrow!” But every minute that goes by I am getting sorer and sorer!
I’m not positive, but I am pretty sure your press is still leaderboard worthy! 🙂
