“CF Football Total”
Power Clean 1 rep
Squat 1 rep
Bench Press 1 rep
Deadlift 1 rep
*Perform a single maximal effort for the lifts listed above*
Combine all four lifts to create the CF Football Total
I would like to say GREAT WORK and MOTIVATION today BBOLC. It is an Honor to Coach and Train with all of you. Thank you also for being a caring club and helping all club members work to better themselves in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting.
