** NEW BAILING TECHNIQUE for Squat Clean **

Once you’ve caught the attempted weight in a full deep squat and decided the weight has exceeded your capabilities you would ‘normally’ push the weight forward while jumping back…NOW pay attention as I describe the new and improved squat clean bail.

So, you’ve caught the attempted weight in a deep front squat position and decided that it’s exceeded your capabilities…you now fall backward into a back roll while – get this – bringing the weight back with you. Don’t panic. The height of the plates will keep the bar from hitting you. The bar and weights will land safely over your abdomen…then bounce and roll over your chest as your lying on your back…once this happens GET READY…now grit your teeth and stop the momentum of 250 pounds with your CHIN! GENIUS! Lastly you’ll need a ‘Brady’ to come lift the failed attempt weight off of you. Successful Bail!! A little bloody? Sure! But tell me a bail technique that doesn’t leave you on your back with the weight on top of your limp body, a little bloody, and a ‘Brady’ lifting the weight off you.

    Your’e Welcome!
