Row 250 Meters

15 Wall ball shots, 20/14# to 10′

20 Double unders

*Partners alternate full rounds. Accumulating as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.

    This sunrise pic of yesterday’s WOD at 0600 looks like it was a lot more pleasant at that time than at 1630! 🙂 Wish I could attend morning classes in the summertime!
