13 KB swings 24/16   RX+32/24

1 goblet squat 24/16   RX+32/24

12 KB swings

2 goblet squats

11 KB swings

3 goblet squats

*continue pattern until 1 KB swing and 13 goblet squats is completed*

C. Core, Shoulder & Skill Development:

1-2 rounds NOT for time

12 Turkish get-ups right arm

12 Turkish get-ups left arm

24 Russian twists w/kettlebell
