    Erin B is locked out and focused in this pic. She’s been steady at CFHSV since joining and had some perfect little baby girls along the way. She’s been one of many awesome testaments to healthy fit moms that can do it all. Erin has also set goals and met them along the way in her pursuit of strength and overall fitness. She even got her man to join us and now CFHSV is twice as lucky to have the Bass family reppin it out!

    Erin throwing that dumbbell around, making it look too easy! This lady is sweet, friendly, kind and always a pleasure to be around. She’s a super hard worker in and out of the gym, setting a great example of a healthy lifestyle for her three beautiful girls. She’s strong, committed, focussed and steady. Love the Bass family and so glad to have Erin and Adam at CFHSV!
