Awesome shot of the ‘Mo Show’ with friends and family watching and cheering in support. Mo definitely put on a show in Quarter Finals and finished as the top male at CFHSV. He’s a true freak in the gym. In one event alone he cleaned and benched and overhead squatted 300lb or more and now he’s registered to run a marathon next week. We’ve never had anyone like that in all our years at CFHSV. The dude is unreal. He can be intimidating but he’s sweet as a jellybean. He’s got a great family that’s always at the gym too. CFHSV is blessed to have so many good people in the gym on a daily basis. Congrats on the Quarter Finals, good luck on the marathon, and thanks for always selling out. Keep it up my dude!
Love this photo! Mo digging deep and showing out amidst the love and support of friends and family. This dude is a game day player, and he proved it once again in this year’s Quarterfinals. He trains hard all year long, but when it’s game time, he finds a whole other gear. He’s easy to talk to, fun to be around, and has a wonderful family that we are lucky enough to call friends. Always fun watching this dude do what he does so well, and always proud to have him representing CFHSV! 😊
