Look at that leap! I think he out jumped his height that day… what I little CrossFit stud in the making! These kids impress me every single day. I cannot wait to see what becomes of them! Imagine starting CrossFit when you were 3 years old! How did I get lucky enough to coach these kids?! Truly blessed!
