    Did the handstand walk for 2 rounds, but wasnt holding my core strong so swapped to 30sec HS hold. My back is thrashed now.

    An example of PERFECT pushup from 1LT Nick Vogt, and a Team Red, White, & Blue athlete. He lost both legs in Afghanistan but still kicking arse anyway!
