A. Spend 10 minutes working on bar muscle ups or burpee pull-ups
B. Spend 10 minutes working on hang power clean and building up to work weight
C. 3 rounds for time of:
10 back squats 115/80 RX+ 155/105 (55 and over 95/65)
5 burpee CTB pull-ups RX+ 5 burpee bar muscle ups (55 and over 5 burpee pull-ups)
10 hang power clean 115/80 RX+ 155/105 (55 and over 95/65)
Reminder: We will be hosting the Open on Fridays at 915am and 515pm, Saturdays at 12pm, and Sundays at 1pm for the next 5 weeks. Our 915am, 515pm, and 615pm classes on Fridays will be canceled, as well as BBOLC over the next 5 weeks.
ATTENTION: The 6am, 7am, 815am and 915am classes are CANCELED due to anticipated hazardous road conditions in the early morning. We WILL have all other classes starting at 1130am. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope you can make arrangements to attend one of the 5 classes being offered.
