WOD:

A. Bench Press: 5 sets of 5 reps E2:30MOM max reps last set

B. Sprint Sets AFAP:

5 rounds of:

6 over the bar lateral burpees

7 front squats 115/80 or 95/65

6 over the bar lateral burpees

7 shoulder to overhead 115/80 or 95/65

rest 2 minutes between rounds

Score = Total Time minus 8 minutes of rest

    WOD @ 115lbs = 5:31 Shoulder to overhead and burpees still Kill me.

    CFHSV has some killer times. Way to go. These kind of results posted by the CFHSV athletes motivated me to give this a try. Great Job
