A. Push Press: 10 – 5 – 10 – 5 – max reps  E2:30MOM

B. For Time:

800m run or 1000m row

10 air squat box jumps  24″/20″   RX+ 30″/24″

15 KBS  24kg/16kg   RX+ 32kg/24kg  (55 and over 20kg/12kg)

1000m row or 800m run  (opposite of last)

10 air squat box jumps  24″/20″   RX+ 30″/24″

15 KBS  24kg/16kg   RX+ 32kg/24kg  (55 and over 20kg/12kg)

400m run or 500m row (opposite of last)

5 air squat box jumps  24″/20″   RX+ 30″/24″

10 KBS  24kg/16kg   RX+ 32kg/24kg  (55 and over 20kg/12kg)

500m row or 400m run (opposite of last)

5 air squat box jumps  24″/20″   RX+ 30″/24″

10 KBS  24kg/16kg   RX+ 32kg/24kg  (55 and over 20kg/12kg)

rest exactly 2 minutes, then:

“FINISHER”

2 minutes max sit-ups (athlete’s choice): GHD or ab-mat anchored
