Yes it is hardcore CFer Kerri. Also why I recommend carrying an extra set of shorts in your gym bag. After a big stimulating squat you never know what will happen. Gotta luv CrossFIt CFHSV style!

12:23 Rx’ed. Pullups are STILL slow. Gotta work on grip (insert crude joke). Could not link DU to save my life. Those really slowed me down. KB’s and OHS felt great.
Colonel Rauer crushed it today. Got to the OHS in probably under 5 minutes then the wod clamped down on me and wouldnt let go

Did good on PU and KBS, quad SU in place of DU was ok, OHS not so good. Shoulder pain mostly. 20:00
A) BW pull ups count as my weighted pull ups! Ha!
B) 14:07 Rx’ed. Shoulders wore out quick. Was able to get through KBS in two sets, and had a good rep scheme for the OHS…. The pull ups were just flat out piecemeal… I feel a rest day coming on soon!
