WOD:

A. Weighted or strict pull-ups max reps  E2MOM x 5 sets

B. Sprint WOD: 5 rounds for time of:

10 power snatch 95/65 or 75/55

10 box jumps 24″/24″

10 thrusters 95/65 or 75/55

rest exactly 2 minutes between each round

Score = total time minus 8 minutes
