**WOD:**

A. EMOM for 6 minutes Clean & Jerk Training

Even Min: 1 hang power clean to 1 power jerk

Odd Min: 1 squat clean to 1 split jerk

rest 3 minutes and adjust weight

Repeat EMOM for 6 minute training at a heavier weight

B. **Hang Clean & Jerk “Annie”**

For Time:

10 hang clean & jerks 75/55 or 95/65 or 115/80

50 double unders and 50 ab-mat anchored sit-ups

8 hang clean & jerks 75/55 or 95/65 or 115/80

40 double unders and 40 ab-mat anchored sit-ups

6 hang clean & jerks 75/55 or 95/65 or 115/80

30 double unders and 30 ab-mat anchored sit-ups

6 hang clean & jerks 75/55 or 95/65 or 115/80

20 double unders and 20 ab-mat anchored sit-ups

4 hang clean & jerks 75/55 or 95/65 or 115/80

10 double unders and 10 ab-mat anchored sit-ups
