“Fight Gone Bad”

In this workout, you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five minute round from which a one minute break is allowed before repeating. The stations are:

WBS 20/14  10′ for reps

SDHP 75/55 for reps

Box Jumps 20″ for reps

Push Press 75/55 for reps

Row for calories

The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On the call of “rotate”, the athlete must move to the next station immediately. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is a point.

      Haven’t done FGB since CFHSV was in the al qaeda training warehouse. Kinda glad I have to work so I can deceive myself (yet again) into missing this one.

    First time doing FGB. I liked it (it was rough, don’t get me wrong) but I liked the pace and the quick changes. So now I have a benchmark for the next time.

      I have coached a lot of people and only one person ever got a 450 on fight gone bad. I actually thought I would not see it again. I put the challenge out today and N8torious rose up to the occasion. Impressive and awe inspiring. Great job. We all have work to do here. Let’s get after it and run N8 down!
