    25:45 Rx’ed. Definitely NOT feeling it today, AP did quite well. I think a firebreather can do sub15 on this.

      Only part of the chipper, I could go unbroken on were the OHS. Day’s were not working. Somebody will put it all together. McMillion? McGraw? Hand?

    400m run
    21 power snatch @ 95lbs
    15 ring dips

    Never underestimate the snatch in a workout like this.

    The owner, Coach Jeff Tincher, is one of Crossfit’s original Fire Breathers. He is a fantastic coach. I highly recommend dropping in at Crossfit Fairfax if you are out that way in the DC area.
