*Each set as heavy as possible

20 Air Squats
10 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups   MRX Pull-Ups
5 Hang Snatch   115/75   RX+135/95   MRX 95/65

REST 3min / Adjust Weights

5min AMRAP:

10 Overhead Squats   95/65   RX+ 115/75   MRX 75/55
5 Muscle Ups (bar or ring)   MRX 5 Burpee Chest to Bar Pull Ups

    Heck yeah! Let me tell you, there is nothing not to love about this guy! Brandon is personable, funny, friendly and just an all-around great person. He is incredibly strong and works super hard on all areas of his fitness. He’s persevered through injury and comeback even stronger. And he’s got FOUR amazing ladies that all throw down at CFHSV too! Man, I just love the Marbut family! 🙂

    Sir Marbut!! Brandon is in a class all his own. He is bull strong with the weights. And he is cursed with the sweat gene like myself. We sweat walking to our trucks in the morning. Brandon grinds in and out of the gym. He goes hard, lifts heavy, and can crack jokes and tell stories with the best of ‘em. He’s also got his entire family CrossFitting and CFHSV wouldn’t be the same without ‘em. You rock Sir Marbut!
