    Josh K lookin mean and focused! Josh has been showing up and out at CFHSV for years now. He’s been a model of consistency in the gym and using that fitness outside the gym. Top notch gentleman that brings his best in and out of the gym every day. Keep rollin!

    Josh!! This dude is one word… STRONG! He’s left blood, sweat and tears in CrossFit Huntsville for years! He does things right and he always finishes strong. The apples didn’t fall far from the tree either… I’ve been lucky enough to coach two of his boys and not only are they great athletes, but it’s obvious they’ve been raised to be fine young men! So glad to have the opportunity to coach this awesome dad/son team!
