Josh!! This dude is one word… STRONG! He’s left blood, sweat and tears in CrossFit Huntsville for years! He does things right and he always finishes strong. The apples didn’t fall far from the tree either… I’ve been lucky enough to coach two of his boys and not only are they great athletes, but it’s obvious they’ve been raised to be fine young men!
