40 double unders

30 KBS 24kg/16kg   RX+ 32kg/24kg

20 ab-mat unanchored sit-ups   RX+ Military ab-mat unanchored sit-ups

10 hand release push-ups   RX+ hand release clapping push-ups

We WILL be open for OPEN GYM from 1pm-3pm and for the 315pm class.

    The Matrix will be opening late so morning childcare is definitely canceled. We will let you know if any of our classes are canceled as we assess the weather.
