Wow. This looks worse than the annual 400M walking lunge that we all swear we will never do….ever again. Gotta do it.
Yeah if anyone ever did the 400 meter walking lunge they will remember it well. It was my first WOD and I couldn’t sit for a week. This is going to be absolutley awful. I was thinking about using my new vest today but am now re-thinking that idea.
My first one too. I can’t wait to walk funny this weekend!

Yes, this was a brutal WOD, and I would definitely compare it to the 400m walking lunge WOD, but I do think the positive thing about it is that you get to run which helped to break up that lactic acid build up. The other bright thing is that your body will feel balanced if you did yesterday’s WOD too. 🙂 Have a great Thursday CFHSV!
Actually liked this WOD because it did not involve the shoulder and lets one grow strong legs early then endurance and stamina legs later.

Wow, stellar work! I forgot to mention all of 0600 scaled up this morning. Our cool down was picking the rocks and glass out of our knees, it was only afterwards Tracey swept the parking lot. 🙂
