Jeff lookin like my stunt double. Of course he does the stunts cause I’m too fragile. Jeff is strong, fast, and skilled. He’s skilled outside the gym too. I don’t think there’s anything this guy can’t build, fix, or create. He’s a true renaissance man. Jeff can do any WOD he wants too…MRX, RX, or RX PLUS…he’s a beast. He’s a great guy with a great girl by his side and we’re glad that Jeff and Michelle call CFHSV home.
Jeff throwing that dumbbell around, working hard as always! This man is a stud of an athlete who can truly do it all. He moves weight with ease, can hang on to a pull-up bar longer than most, and he’s got an engine that just keeps going. He’s also a skilled craftsman who is always tackling home projects and renovations. And above all, he’s as pleasant and nice of person as you’ll meet. Lots of love for you, Jeff! Stay the course! ☺️
