A. Deadlift: 6 – 6 – 3 – 3 – 1 – 1  E3MOM

B. 10 minute AMRAP of:

5 shoulder to overhead 115/75

10 deadlifts 115/75

15 box jumps 24″/20″

 

Please note that Yoga is canceled today. We will be having an additional Yoga class this Saturday at 9am instead. Thanks!

    LOVED this WOD! Rocked a PR on deadlift (thank you Tracey for amazing coaching! I am sooooooo close to breaking 300 –) and RX’ed the WOD (that is a total of 5 RX’s but who is counting 🙂 )-

    A. Misses on 1 rep due to muscle issue right glute.
    B. 7+14 Rx’d- 26 rep increase from 13.2 Open Score this year 🙂

    Did part B at our baseball weightroom at Sparkman after practice. Got 7 rounds Rx. I don’t like that whole working out alone thing. It’s much better when you have people yelling at you to quit resting. Thanks to all of you and all the coaches for all you do.
