A. E2MOM Snatch Balance 1-1-1-1-1-1

get as heavy as possibly without pressing out
B. 5 rounds for time of:

15 ground to overhead with plates 45/35

25 plate OH walking lunges 45/35

15 knees to elbows

    Learned how to lift Atlas Stones last night at Crossfit BWI. I think I have found my new favorite “lift”.

    Forearms are ripped up and my ear is a little scraped. CFHSV needs more Atlas Stones. I know someone with molds for multiple sizes…
