I love this pic so much. The amazing effort of Coach DB, Josh right there with the intense encouragement and coaching, and then surrounded by some amazing athletes cheering and admiring his strength!

I also love this picture because this is what CFHSV stands for and the uniqueness of the people make it special, however, if you really look at everyone’s faces, it is hilarious!
The best part is Brandon is dying on the ground right in front of Nancy and she is watching Dennis in awe!
Now this is dedication and passion to give back.

2+36 Scaled the ring dips to a special tricep pushup Tracey showed me. And the DUs and I were not really BFFs today. But I was able to Rx the snatch weight without any shoulder discomfort!
Big shout out to my hubby who was in the class with me powering through!
