7 hang power snatch 95/65  RX+ 115/80  (55 and over 75/55)

7 OHS  95/65   RX+ 115/80  (55 and over 75/55)

7 toes to bar

rest 3 minutes

7 minute ARMAP of:

7 power snatch 95/65  RX+ 115/80  (55 and over 75/55)

7 back squat  95/65   RX+ 115/80  (55 and over 75/55)

7 pull-ups

Score = total of each AMRAP scored individually
