First time using the jerk boxes, they are awesome. But, there is a learning curve. If you miss the lift… dump it fast. There is no room to move laterally and save a bad lift like when your lifting out of a squat rack. Almost dumped 225# across one of the boxes, which would have been a colossal wreck, bent the bar and result in a -50 cool point deduction.
