    Morning All,
    As some of you know, I have been living in a very nice room at the Homewood Suites in Providence for the past 4 months. It is an extended stay with a complete kitchen, King size bed, and fold out couch. We have water, power, and an industrial generator. The Homewood also serves Breakfast every morning, and dinner monday through thursday. I just found out that all the hotels in the area are completely booked, some for months. Most of the hotels are giving priority to those who have lost their homes, and sometimes more. I am donating my room, free of charge, to anyone who needs it, for as long as they need it. I want to extend this to my Crossfit Family before anyone else. Crossfitters, if you know someone who needs this, please let me know ASAP, because there is a special list of people who need a place, because they have nothing, at the front desk of the hotel. If I do not hear anything by the end of the day, I will call someone from the list.

    Today was my first day to CF since the tornadoes, and it was nice to have a bit of normalcy again. Thank you, Jackie. What a crazy week.

    Technique work for split snatch.
    Really like this movement, it’s more “knee friendly” and for whatever reason, I can lock the weight out overhead without feeling the need to bend my elbows… weird.

    WOD 11.6: 80reps w/strained adductor. I wish I was fresh for it but oh well. Thanks Jake for judging.

    I did this WOD in like 15:44 or something. Took me a while, but at least I did it Rx. Man, my elbows were killing me toward the end of this, and my vision was getting pretty blurry. This is the closet I think I’ve come to puking from a WOD.
