Sorry for the delay on this post guys! I’ve been in Bham with Katherine for an unexpected night of blood transfusions. Everything seems to be ok now and she is back in town. I’ll be back to having regular posts and should start having some pictures from the new place now.

The dizziness after the forward rolls was fun.
Muscle ups on the new rings have a different feel to them. They seem more difficult in the transition phase. It is fun to discover the nuances of the new gym.
Fun WOD. Handstand walks need to get better.
