Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
275 pound deadlift, 5 reps
5 Handstand push-ups
3×10 Reverse Hypers

5 rounds of DL at 225#, still working them at the end, but heavy day for me that’s for sure. HSPU blew out by 3rd round. Good session.

For those looking for a time/place to log some low-key running miles, do so in a very social setting with aid-station support, this is a great venue. The runs happen every Tues evening through the summer, lots of great folks of all differing running levels out there logging some miles and BS’ing.
We start with a 1-mile run at 6:30pm, then a 3-mi run at about 6:45pm, then finishing with a 2-mi run at about 7:15pm. You can complete all three or just the ones you look; everything is flexible. Powerade and water provided at the entrance to the park. See you there!

however i did flip upside twice today…big improvement for me considering I borderline panic being upside down…

The rest I’m too embarassed to disclose, but recorded first HSPU during the warmup. Crossfit works!
7+7 at 245# and 25# DBSPs, good workout, first in 2 weeks. Glad to be back.
I am going to seriously miss all you guys. Ill be back though and ready to start training for regionals next year.
